Electric Turnout Mechanism.

This mechanism is for installation in C Track turnouts; it is a double solenoid mechanism with an end shutoff feature. It can be operated with a control box or with a digital decoder. A feedback signal is possible with the 7271/72710 control boxes. This electric mechanism can easily be installed and connected on turnouts without special tools. The mechanism sits hidden in the roadbed; below-the-baseboard mounting cannot be done with this mechanism. It is sealed against dirt and protected against overloads with the end shutoff feature. This mechanism can be controlled with the standard control box, the control box with a feedback signal feature, or with digital decoders. The manual hand lever on the turnout can be kept for manual operation. Note: A special electric mechanism is already installed on the 62624 double slip switch.
