After the first class 152 locomotives were delivered lettered with DB Cargo (Minitrix model 12647), the DB kept changing the appearance of its modern freight locomotives. Several had the first Railion lettering for a time (Minitrix model 12758). The newer units were delivered with the centrally located DB logo (Minitrix model 12762).
