Model: Era III, this locomotive comes with a digital connector. It has a powerful can motor with a bell-shaped armature, in the boiler. 4 axles powered. A smoke generator (Märklin 72270) can be installed in the locomotive. The headlight is a maintenance-free LED. The locomotive has RP 25 wheels. A prototypical, non-working coupler is installed on the pilot. There is a close coupling between the locomotive and tender. The coupler on the tender is compatible with the Kadee System.
