Models for club members

Every year Trix produces well-chosen models for members of the Trix customer clubs. With these articles we devote ourselves with the highest model loyalty to classics of the railway history and offer thus quite a special experience for real fans. If you liked to come to the pleasure to be able to acquire a precious collector's item in every overall size yearly, we would be glad to welcome you soon in one of the clubs.

22890 Class 78.10 Steam Locomotive

Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) steam locomotive, road number 78 1001, 4-6-4T design with a type 2T17 two-axle short tender. The locomotive looks as it did around 1951.

Model: The locomotive has a digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has controlled high-efficiency propulsion with a flywheel, in the boiler. 3 axles powered. Traction tires. The locomotive and tender are constructed mostly of metal. The locomotive has a built-in smoke unit that will work in conventional operation and that can be controlled digitally. The dual headlights change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. Firebox flickering can be controlled digitally. The cab lighting can also be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. The current-conducting coupler on the tender can be controlled digitally. The minimum radius for operation is 360 mm / 14-3/16". Piston rod protection sleeves, brake hoses, and reproduction prototype couplers are included. The locomotive also comes from the factory with figures of a locomotive engineer and a fireman. Length over the buffers approximately 19.9 cm / 7-7/8".

Class V 320 Heavy Diesel Loco (H0)

Dampflokomotive Baureihe 65.0

Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) class V 320 heavy diesel locomotive, for use in high-value passenger service on the Allgäu Line. Based in Kempten. Original version in crimson basic paint scheme. Road number V 320 001. The locomotive looks as it did around 1965.


Model:  The locomotive has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound and light functions. It also has 2 speakers for optimal locomotive sound reproduction. The locomotive has controlled, high-efficiency propulsion with a flywheel, centrally mounted. Two axles in each truck powered by means of cardan shafts. Traction tires. The triple headlights and dual red marker lights change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. The headlights at Locomotive End 2 and 1 can be turned off separately in digital operation. The locomotive has the double "A" light function. The cab and engine room lighting can each be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. The locomotive has 4 ventilation fans, each powered by a motor, and controlled digitally in pairs. Different speeds can be set for the ventilation fans. The locomotive has separately applied metal grab irons on the sides and ends. The buffer beams are detailed. Main air lines, heating lines, and brake hoses are included as separately installed parts. Length over the buffers 26.4 cm / 10-3/8"
