Product description
Model: Era III,
diecast metal frame and boiler. Locomotive comes with a built-in DCC decoder in an 8-pin
NEM digital connector and with a sound effects circuit. Conventional operation by means of the diode plugs included with the locomotive. 5-pole
motor in the firebox. 5 axles powered. 4 traction tires. Headlights will work in conventional operation
and can be controlled digitally. A smoke generator can be retrofitted into the locomotive. Smoke generator contact, steam locomotive
sound effects, different other operating sounds as well as acceleration and braking delay can be digitally controlled. Adjustable close coupling between locomotive and tender.

Length over the buffers 260 / 262 mm / 10-1/4" / 10-5/16".This model can be found in an AC version in the Märklin assortment undern item no. 37886.
